HOW LONG DO SESSIONS LAST?

All of our sessions will be 50 minutes, unless mutually agreed beforehand.

DO YOU OFFER SLIDING SCALE RATES?

Yes, I do. Rates per session are negotiable prior to each session.

HOW LONG WILL I BE ATTENDING THERAPY?

For as long as you find it beneficial. Therapy is a voluntary endeavour and will continue for as long as you wish, and end in the same way.

DO YOU OFFER DIFFERENT RATES FOR ONLINE COUNSELLING?

All rates are consistent regardless of where the session takes place.

HOW DO I PAY FOR SESSIONS?

A bank transfer is the most common way of paying. However, in-person sessions allow us to use cash as well.

IS THE FIRST SESSION FREE?

The first session (around 30 minutes) is where we meet each other and decide if we'd like to work together. This assessment session is free of charge.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL A SESSION?

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy.
